A novel aqueous in situ derivatization procedure with propyl chloroformate (PCF) for the simultaneous, quantitative analysis of Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), 11‐hydroxy‐Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol (OH‐THC) and 11‐nor‐Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol‐carboxylic acid (THC‐COOH) in human blood and urine is proposed. Unlike current methods based on the silylating agent [N,Obis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide] added in an anhydrous environment, this new proposed method allows the addition of the derivatizing agent (propyl chloroformate, PCF) directly to the deproteinized blood and recovery of the derivatives by liquid–liquid extraction. This novel method can be also used for hydrolyzed urine samples. It is faster than the traditional method involving a derivatization with trimethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate. The analytes are separated, detected and quantified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry in selected ion monitoring mode (SIM). The method was validated in terms of selectivity, capacity of identification, limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ), carryover, linearity, intra‐assay precision, inter‐assay precision and accuracy. The LOD and LOQ in hydrolyzed urine were 0.5 and 1.3 ng/mL for THC and 1.2 and 2.6 ng/mL for THC‐COOH, respectively. In blood, the LOD and LOQ were 0.2 and 0.5 ng/mL for THC, 0.2 and 0.6 ng/mL for OH‐THC, and 0.9 and 2.4 ng/mL for THC‐COOH, respectively. This method was applied to 35 urine samples and 50 blood samples resulting to be equivalent to the previously used ones with the advantage of a simpler method and faster sample processing time. We believe that this method will be a more convenient option for the routine analysis of cannabinoids in toxicological and forensic laboratories.  相似文献

The study of the dynamic behavior of slender masonry structures is usually related to the preservation of the historic heritage. This study, for bell towers and industrial masonry chimneys, is particularly relevant in areas with an important seismic hazard. The analysis of the dynamic behavior of masonry structures is particularly complex due to the multiple effects that can affect the variation of its main frequencies along the seasons of the year: temperature and humidity. Moreover, these dynamic properties also vary considerably in structures built in areas where land subsidence due to the variation of the phreatic level along the year is particularly evident: the stiffness of the soil–structure interaction also varies. This paper presents a study to evaluate the possibility of detecting the variation of groundwater level based on the readings obtained using accelerometers in different positions on the structure. To do this a general case study was considered: a 3D numerical model of a bellower. The variation of the phreatic level was evaluated between 0 and −20 m, and 81 cases studies were developed modifying the rigidity of the soil–structure interaction associated to a position of the phreatic level. To simulate the dispositions of accelerometers on a real construction, 16 points of the numerical model were selected along the structure to obtain modal displacements in two orthogonal directions. Through an adjustment by using neural networks, a good correlation has been observed between the predicted position of the water table and acceleration readings obtained from the numerical model. It is possible to conclude that with a discrete register of accelerations on the tower it is possible to predict the water table depth.  相似文献

This paper presents an evaluation method for measuring the sound pressure level and mode shapes of tire cavity resonance by using a multi-microphone system. Two commercial tires were evaluated to compare abilities of noise suppression by means of this method in the range of the first resonance from 200 to 260 Hz. One tire was a special tire that suppresses tire cavity resonance with polyurethane foam mounted on the tire’s inner liner. The other tire was a normal tire with no polyurethane foam. The mode shape change from vertical to horizontal direction in both tires. However, the sound pressure level of the special tire was lower than the normal tire at all frequencies.  相似文献

A comparison among three weakly nonlinear approaches for thermo‐gravitational instability in a Newtonian fluid layer heated from below is presented. First, the dynamical systems describing the time evolution of the problem from different weakly nonlinear approaches, namely, the Lorenz model, the amplitude equations and the perturbation expansion approaches are obtained. Next, the steady states and their stability, as well as the transient behaviour are obtained from each dynamical system. The similarity and difference among the three models are emphasized. The role of each of the nondimensional groups, the Rayleigh number and the Prandtl number is compared for the three models. The different approaches lead to similar behaviours when the Rayleigh number is just above its critical value and Prandtl number is high. However, only the dynamical system obtained from the amplitude equations is able to reflect the role of the Prandtl number. On the other hand, the amplitude equations and perturbation expansion techniques are not suitable for predicting the uniform oscillatory behaviour observed frequently in Rayleigh–Bénard convection. The novelty of the current work lies in studying the critical differences in the findings of the three popular approaches to investigate weakly nonlinear thermal convection for the first time. Abstract

9-Bromomethylacridine (9-Br · Ma) gave blue fluorescent 9-acridinylmethyl (9-AM) esters by the reaction with carboxylic acids. The reactions were performed simply by mixing the 9-Br · Ma, tetraethylammonium carbonate (TEA C) and carboxylic acids in N,N-dimethylformamide at room temperature. The 9-AM derivatives of fifteen kinds of fatty acids were separated and detected with high performance liquid chromatography. By this method, fatty acids could be determined at levels down to either pmol order by fluorometry or 10 pmol order by UV method. After saponification, those in triacylglycerols were also determined. When four kinds of fatty acids were added to a butter, their recoveries were 92–101%. The coefficient of variation of myristate as a representative was 2.5% (42.8 pmol, n=6).  相似文献

1,3‐Dichloro‐tetra‐n‐butyl‐distannoxane was firstly used to catalyze the direct substitution of 9H‐xanthen‐9‐ol with indoles at room temperature to afford a class of 3‐(9H‐xanthen‐9‐yl)‐1H‐indole derivatives in good to excellent isolating yield. Photons propagating in strong magnetic fields are subject to a phenomenon called the “vacuum birefringence” where refractive indices of two physical modes both deviate from unity and are different from each other. We compute the vacuum polarization tensor of a photon in a static and homogeneous magnetic field by utilizing Schwinger’s proper-time method, and obtain a series representation as a result of double integrals analytically performed with respect to proper-time variables. The outcome is expressed in terms of an infinite sum of known functions which is plausibly interpreted as summation over all the Landau levels of fermions. Each contribution from infinitely many Landau levels yields a kinematical condition above which the contribution has an imaginary part. This indicates decay of a sufficiently energetic photon into a fermion–antifermion pair with corresponding Landau level indices. Since we do not resort to any approximation, our result is applicable to the calculation of refractive indices in the whole kinematical region of a photon momentum and in any magnitude of the external magnetic field.  相似文献
